I am an enthusiastic and dynamic GP with special interests in Lifestyle Medicine, Health Care Technology, Women's Health and Medical Education based in London, UK.
My passion is preventing ill health and supporting those on the chronic ill health journey to improve their quality of life and well-being. I use a 1:1 and group consultation approach with my patients allowing them to understand that both types of consultation styles are invaluable for supporting changes in health.
I qualified from University College Medical School and have a General Medical Council Licence and GP registration. I completed my diploma in Lifestyle Medicine from the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine in 2020. I have further qualifications in Health Coaching, Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Sexual Health with Contraception. I am an active member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and have given several webinars on Lifestyle changes and have a recorded Podcast – see the link below!
As a General Practitioner working both in the NHS and in Private Practice, I thrive on the ability to provide the highest standard quality of clinical and holistic care to patients, ensuring confidentiality, continuity of care and providing support to families and communities.
I strive to provide care in the best interests of my patients, considering their mental, physical, cultural, professional and personal aspects of life and integrating these important facets into our management plans.
